The first phase of the NHS COVID-19 vaccination programme has started in the UK. Vaccinations are being delivered according to priority groups identified by the Joint Committee of Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI). When it is the right time for you to receive the vaccine, you will receive an invitation to come forward. Please do not contact us to get an appointment, we will contact you.
Information on the vaccine is available on the NHS.UK website. For anything else, your GP practice is open and if you need to get in touch, please ring call us or book an appointment online.
Shielding letters for those clinically vulnerable patients
Please note that letters identifying you as clinically extremely vulnerable and that you are to shield, are sent from NHS England, GP Practices are not sending these out to eligible patients.
As part of the Government’s expanded flu immunisation programme, adults over the age of 50 will be able to get their free flu vaccine from 1 December 2020. We will be contacting you to book this appointment. Please note that you also may receive a call from the NHS Immunisation Management Service reminding you to book your flu jab, this is a legitimate service and not a fraudulent call.
